We provide cyberspace operation support to develop and manage cyberspace operations and cyberspace intelligence capabilities portfolios, including assessments of strategies, programs, and resourcing recommendations to meet the Department’s requirements. We also provide assessments of capability and resourcing needs for planning, acquisition, and budgeting purposes. Redhorse drafts, revises, and reviews DoD directives, instructions, memoranda, and manuals related to cyberspace operations and the information environment. Our staff participates in meetings and forums on cyberspace operations and cyberspace intelligence in support of Departmental goals, and identifies and incorporates DoD Component positions on related subjects in support of high-interest cyberspace operations and cyberspace intelligence initiatives
