Redhorse provided analysis and research associated with energy management and renewable energy, building energy systems, and water management to support the development and implementation of energy management initiatives, projects, and programs. These services included outreach and support to Pacific Northwest National Laboratory’s (PNNL) Federal customers, including the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard, and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency (CBP). Specifically, the services included ASHRAE level II energy audits, existing building commissioning, Resource Efficiency Management, strategic planning, and other energy assessments and studies.
