Debra has more than fifteen years of demonstrated success and progressive responsibility in the areas of human resource management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, organizational development, performance management, and compliance.
Debra brings a wealth of human resource experience from leading organizations in various industries including construction, information technology, business services, and solar energy. Prior to Redhorse, Debra served as Vice President of People and Culture at OneRoof Energy Inc., where she focused on strategic Human Resources development; talent acquisition and management; program and benefits enhancement; and training.
At Redhorse, Debra will lead all Human Capital activities including, compliance, security, talent acquisition, and development. Her focus will be on improving and streamlining HR operations and creating business value through partnerships that drive business strategy.
Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from San Diego State University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Chapman University.
