Lu Pham Joins Redhorse Leadership Team

Lu Pham joins Redhorse as the director of pricing for the firm. Lu has more than 19 years of federal experience in business management, financial operations and strategic pricing. He is an adaptive, results-oriented thought leader with broad federal experience in all aspects of new business transactions: price-to-win; pricing strategy; financial analysis; and risk identification and mitigation. Lu’s experience with corporate business management and financial infrastructure processes, coupled with his understanding and experience with federal pricing structures allows him to successfully integrate capture and execution strategies.
At Redhorse, Lu will lead pricing, pricing strategy/analysis, and price-to-win, with a focus on large multi-year contracts with Federal customers. Lu will leverage his successful experience, bringing to Redhorse industry-best practices regarding all aspects of Federal Government pricing processes and procedures.
Prior to joining Redhorse, Lu assisted SRA International expand its business portfolios within the Health and Civilian Agencies resulting in notable contract awards such as DOJ ITSS IV, CMS SPARC II, OPHPR Technical Support Services, NIAID CTSAP, CDMRP BRAES, DOE EIA EOP4, and CMS HIGLAS. Prior to SRA, Lu was with Booz Allen and Hamilton for 10 years serving in a lead role supporting business and operational financial analysis and processes.
Lu Pham holds a Bachelor of Arts Interdisciplinary Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
