Redhorse supports the USCG NMC by providing case management and program support services. Under this program, Redhorse provides staff and program management and offers case management, administrative, and IT services to support USCG adjudication of approximately 55,000 applications for mariner licenses and credentials each year.

Redhorse delivers these services using a broad range of labor categories to fully support the center’s mission and the overall Merchant Mariner Credentialing program. We provide application processing, records management, and tracking for the USCG adjudication teams along with IT support, web development services, and program performance analysis to support the credential review and issuance process.
