GSA Region 8, Guiding Principles and LEED Existing Building Services

Redhorse provided a full range of sustainability, energy, and engineering services to support GSA Region 8, the Rocky Mountain Region, in meeting its Guiding Principles and LEED-Existing Building requirements and goals. This included building investigations and gap analysis, Guiding Principles and LEED Existing Building documentation, technical consulting, and regulatory guidance. Redhorse was responsible for certification and re-certification of Guiding Principle buildings and developing a portfolio approach to achieving environmental and sustainability initiatives throughout the six state Region. Redhorse also provided specialized engineering services, including conducting ASHRAE 62.1 testing and calculations, ASHRAE Level II audits, and water conservation assessments.
